Sprints Confirm UK, European And US Tour Dates, Share Two New Songs

Sprints have shared two new songs.

Both angsty and intense, Help Me, I'm Spiralling and Drones were recorded during the sessions for the Dublin quartet's 2024 debut album 'Letter To Self', and arrive as a double a-side single titled 'Black Box Sessions'. Introducing the tracks, the band said:

"We're happy to share the remnants of the chaos and catharsis that was the 'Letter To Self' recording process. A reimagination of an old favourite, and a new track too, the Black Box Sessions include Drones and Help Me, I'm Spiralling, two tracks that explore themes of uncertainty, anxiety and doubt. Embrace the madness and the noise."

Along with the new music, Sprints have scheduled new UK and European tour dates for the winter, which will follow their biggest run of US shows so far in the fall. Tickets for the European dates go on general sale at 11am CET on Friday (May 3).

They also have a mix of headline shows and festival dates lined up across the UK and Europe throughout the summer, plus dates supporting IDLES and Pixies. Tickets are on sale now.
