Yussef Dayes To Headline And Curate New One-Day London Festival Summer Dayes

Yussef Dayes will curate and headline the new one-day London festival Summer Dayes.
Taking place at Crystal Palace Bowl on August 4, the eclectic line-up will feature a fusion of jazz, soul, R&B and funk, with performances coming from special guest Masego, Greentea Peng, Sango, Charlotte Day Wilson, Jordan Ward, Venna and Luedji Luna. Tickets go on general sale at 10am next Friday (March 15).
Hosted by social media sensation Munya Chawawa, with the musical line-up curated by South London drummer and producer Dayes himself, the event will also boast west Indian food and yoga classes with Dave Dayes (Yussef's dad), among other things.
The event is being presented in association with Live Nation and South Facing Festival. The latter London concert series will return in August with headliners Grace Jones, Popcaan, Jess Glynne, Dizzee Rascal and Damian 'Jr Gong' Marley.
